Applicants must:
Be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law (BALLB/LLB) or have recently graduated.
Possess excellent academic credentials with a strong understanding of Nepalese laws.
Demonstrate exceptional legal research, legal drafting, and analytical skills.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research methodologies.
Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a professional environment.

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Laws and Regulations
Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Framework

Labour and Employment Law (preferred)
Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal opinions.
Draft contracts, agreements, notices, petitions, and other legal documents.
Assist advocates and legal consultants in litigation and corporate matters.
Support company incorporation, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance assignments.
Assist in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) approvals, licensing, and regulatory filings.
Review legal documents and identify potential legal risks.
Attend client meetings, court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and governmental offices whenever required.
Perform any additional legal assignments entrusted by the supervising advocates.
