Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern at Attorney Nepal, you may assist the legal team with:
Conducting legal research on Nepalese laws, regulations and judicial decisions.
Assisting lawyers in preparing legal opinions, memoranda and case-related documents.
Drafting and reviewing basic legal documents under supervision.
Assisting with corporate and commercial legal matters.
Supporting company registration and regulatory compliance work.
Assisting with preparation of court and legal documents.
Reviewing legislation, government notices and regulatory updates.
Organizing case files, legal documents and research materials.
Assisting with client-related legal assignments.
Attending meetings, hearings or other legal proceedings where appropriate.
Performing other legal research and administrative tasks assigned by supervising lawyers.
Eligibility
We welcome applications from:
Law students currently pursuing LL.B. or LL.M.
Recent law graduates interested in developing practical legal experience.
Candidates with a strong interest in corporate, commercial, civil or regulatory law.
Candidates who demonstrate good research, writing and analytical abilities.
Prior professional experience is not required.
