Attorney Nepal is looking for a motivated and competent Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team in Kathmandu, Nepal.
The successful candidate will work on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters and will have the opportunity to advise businesses, companies, investors and entrepreneurs on a wide range of legal issues under Nepalese law.

Professional Requirement: Advocate licensed by the Nepal Bar Council
Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for:
Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
Advising clients on company registration and corporate compliance.
Preparing shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements and other corporate documents.
Assisting with mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
Conducting corporate and legal due diligence.
Advising domestic and foreign investors on business and investment matters in Nepal.
Preparing legal opinions, memoranda and other advisory documents.
Conducting legal research on applicable Nepalese laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
Assisting clients with regulatory filings and government procedures.
Supporting dispute-resolution matters arising from corporate and commercial transactions.
Maintaining professional communication with clients and relevant authorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
BA.LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent legal qualification.
Valid Advocate License issued by the Nepal Bar Council.
Strong understanding of Nepalese corporate and commercial law.
Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.
Professional attitude, integrity and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in:
Corporate and commercial law
Company registration and compliance
Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
Corporate governance
Mergers and acquisitions
